Saudi phone number format checker

Check a phone number's format, and if it is a mobile.

We process what you enter on our server, then delete it after 6 hours

You see the number in its national and international forms, whether it is a mobile or a fixed line, and whether it takes SMS. No operator is contacted, so a well-formed number may still be inactive.

How to use it

  1. 1Enter your detailsType the values into the fields; we ask for nothing else about you and keep nothing.
  2. 2Check what you enteredThe result changes with every edit, so confirm the values before you read it.
  3. 3Read the resultIt appears directly under the fields, ready to copy.

When it helps

Forms reject numbers without saying why, and the same number is written differently at home and abroad. This normalizes the format and tells you the line type, which is what actually matters before you send an SMS.

Common questions

Does a valid result mean the number is in service?

No. Valid means the format is correct and the number falls inside a range that is actually allocated. It does not mean the line is active or that it belongs to anyone in particular. We contact no operator.

What does the SMS field mean?

It reflects the line type: mobile numbers receive SMS, fixed lines generally do not. It is an inference from the kind of number, not a live check of the subscriber.

Is my number stored?

No. It is checked and discarded, and it is never written to a log. A phone number is personal data and is treated that way.
