When it helps

Official forms, invoices, and printed documents in the region require one numeral system or the other. Retyping numbers invites mistakes. Converting in place keeps the surrounding text exactly as it was.

Common questions

Is my text sent anywhere?

No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser. Your text is never uploaded, stored, or shared.

Does it change anything besides the digits?

No. Letters, spaces, punctuation, formatting, and line breaks stay exactly where they are. Only the digit glyphs are swapped.

Which digits are converted?

Western digits 0-9 and Arabic-Indic digits ٠-٩ (Unicode U+0660 to U+0669), in both directions. Persian digits ۰-۹ are a different set and are left unchanged.

Does it work on mixed Arabic and English text?

Yes. That is the point of the tool. Digits inside Arabic sentences, tables, and invoices convert correctly while both scripts keep their order and spacing.
